Advanced Dermatology Acquires Revive Day Spa

Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center of Fayetteville has acquired Revive Day Spa, also of Fayetteville.

The merger began in earnest June 3 when all but Revive’s massage therapy services were in operation at the Advanced Dermatology complex at 1444 E. Stearns St.

Massage therapy will start at the new location by July 15, Advanced Dermatology owner Lance Henry said.

“This is the perfect marriage,” he said. “We’re super excited about this.”

Now known as Revive Medical Spa, Revive will expand its core services to include Botox, cosmetic fillers, chemical peels and laser resurfacing.

Negotiations between the two companies were ongoing for about six weeks, said Henry, who declined to say how much Advanced Dermatology paid for Revive.

Eight employees from Revive join 22 others already with Advanced Dermatology. Just more than 2,000 SF was finished out to accommodate Revive, Henry said.
