Everyday Superhero 5K/1Mile Walk

The Morgan Nick Foundation and CASA Crawford County are teaming up to host the first annual Everyday Superhero 5K/1Mile Walk on Saturday, June 1st, 2013.
This is a one-day fundraising run/walk to benefit the Morgan Nick Foundation and CASA Crawford County, raising funds to help educate and empower children to stay safe from abduction and harm; and to ensure that children have a safe, permanent and nurturing home in the shortest time frame possible.
The theme is “Everyday Superheroes” to show appreciation for all of you guys who have a heart for keeping our children safe. We’d love to see you come out and walk or run dressed as your favorite Superhero. Or get together and form a team of Superheroes to support these great organizations. Kids are encouraged to get in on it too!!
Check in starts at 7 am and the fun begins at 8 am at Lee Creek/Mike Myers Park located at the end of Main Street in Van Buren, AR.
Free t shirts guaranteed to everyone registered by May 10th. The first 50 children ages
11 and under will also receive a free superhero cape if registered by May 10th!
