Penthouse Purchased at The Dickson

The two penthouse units atop The Dickson, a nine-story, mixed-use building in downtown Fayetteville’s entertainment district, are off the market.

And building owner Ted Belden didn’t have to look far to find a buyer.

The two units, which have about 4,300 combined SF of unfinished space, were bought by a Conway couple, Todd and Kristie Ross, for the unthinkably low price of $438,000.

Technically, the space sold for $1.06 million. However, Ross sold two condo units he owned on the seventh floor back to Belden for $622,000. Ross bought those unfinished units last summer for $623,000.

Todd Ross is the president and CEO of Preferred Medical Supply in Conway. The company sells medical supplies to nursing homes.

As we understand it, the penthouse units will be converted into one large residence to be used as a second home.

The buildout should be complete by August, just in time for the Arkansas Razorbacks football season.
