The folks who operate Damgoode Pies in Fayetteville are planning a Rogers location at 3604 W. Walnut St., formerly the Rib Crib.

Rogers planners approved a request by Brian Maxwell to operate a private club there. Brendan Maxwell, a managing partner of Maxwell Investments LLC, owns the Fayetteville restaurant.

The 4,600-SF eatery was the first Damgoode franchise. It opened in 2009 at the site of the former Hoffbrau restaurant.
