As part of the upcoming Caravanserai residency with the Orchestra of Fes and Françoise Atlan, ethnomusicologist Dr. Philip Schuyler will return to the U of A. He will present a lecture on Andalusian music, discussing its history, poetic form, musical structure and instrumentation, as well as its underlying theme of tradition.
