The Board of Directors of Arkansas Best Corp. announced Tuesday (April 23) a quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents per share. The dividend is payable May 21 to shareholders of record as of May 7.
The Fort Smith-based transportation holding company is set to release its first quarter financial results on April 30.
