Join the Fort Smith Museum of History in welcoming Toy Baker, author of C. Ray Baker: Childhood Stories”Creating the Path,” for a book signing. The collection of stories from the childhood of Fort Smith’s beloved Mayor Baker recounts “a journey from the dreams of a boy to the reality of a man. A life full of laughter, imagination, fun, enthusiasm…” Ms. Baker is the sister of Ray Baker.
The event is scheduled for Valentine’s Day, one of Mayor Baker’s favorite holidays. Enjoy Valentine refreshments and, of course, red roses!
The event is free and open to the public. Books are available in the museum gift shop.
