If you read our Jan. 7 article on Crystal Lakes Estates, the aviation community coming to Benton County, you might’ve wondered who brokered the $1.3 million deal.
Well, it was Delton Williams of Crye-Leike Realtors, a fact we meant to mention in the story. The deal went under contract Jan. 1, 2012, and closed Nov. 30.
It also should be mentioned Williams will be marketing the subdivision’s lots once they’re fully prepped. There will be an onsite office for interested parties, and information also will be available via www.deltonwilliams.com.
