The Communications Group Announces Ownership Transition
Little Rock-based advertising, marketing and public relations agency, The Communications Group, will begin an ownership transition that will occur “over several years.”
Agency principal Neal Moore will assume a consulting role with the firm and transition out of ownership, according to a press release from the agency.
Dane Cowling, one of the agency’s founding principals, will assume an interim position as director of creative services. Ownership of The Communications Group will consist of Dan Cowling, president and CEO; Dane Cowling, director of production; and Lisa Bondurant, APR, executive vice president, director of public relations.
“We have covered a lot of miles together since the founding principals started The Communications Group 25 years ago, but everything changes, nothing stays the same,” said Dan Cowling. “Neal has always done independent voice and creative work. This change allows him to pursue those and other interests. We are looking forward to the agency’s next 25 years.”
The Communications Group was founded in 1987.
