Insurance and Medical Billing

The billing and insurance process seems complicated and can cause frustration to many. This lecture will attempt to answer some of the main questions about the hospital billing process including definitions of commonly used terms that the industry uses but we might not understand, what your bill looks like and its components, can you negotiate with a hospital or doctor, what paperwork do I need? We won't answer all your questions but hopefully this will give an insight to the process.
