Eric Rob & Isaac Announce Promotion, New Hire

Ben Johnson has been promoted to creative director of Little Rock-based advertising and marketing agency, Eric Rob & Isaac, and Tawni Haley has joined the agency as copywriter.

Johnson, who joined the team two years ago, will oversee all creative development for the firm, including facilitating concept meetings, managing creative interns and leading client branding efforts.

“Ben has done an outstanding job developing some of the firm’s best creative work to date, and we look forward to continuing to develop better and better creative strategies and results for our clients in the years to come,” said principal Rob Bell.

As the agency’s chief copywriter, Haley will be responsible for all copywriting and editing services.

Haley previously worked for one of central Arkansas’ leading agencies, serving as the firm’s copywriter and broadcast producer. During an extensive freelance career, Haley worked with clients in industries such as health care, financial services, hospitality, education, nonprofit, retail, and technology.

“Tawni has a knack for developing a spot-on voice for each client, going beyond a mere sales pitch to really resonate with audiences,” said Bell. “Her work for local, regional and national clients has been recognized with numerous awards, and has earned her a reputation as one of the leading creative minds in the market.
