NanoMech Raises $2M According to Filing

Springdale-based nanomanufacturer NanoMech Inc. reported last week it had raised $2 million of a $5 million private offering, according to multiple reports.
The Dec. 7 filing was made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Companies typically file such a form when closing new funding.
In the filing, NanoMech reported its revenue as between $1 million and $5 million. Also according to the filing, NanoMech said it began raising the money on Dec. 3.
