Kroenke’s Add Elbow Room

Stanley Kroenke, husband of Ann Walton Kroenke, has added another little parcel to his collection of luxury vacation properties.

According to Forbes, Stanley Kroenke bought a 124,000-acre ranch in Montana earlier this month. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed, but the asking price was $132.5 million — in cash.

Ann Kroenke is a daughter of the late Bud Walton, co-founder of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. with his brother, Sam Walton. She has an estimated net worth of $4.5 billion, according to Forbes.

Last year, the Kroenkes bought a home in Aspen, Colo., valued at $20.75 million. With the Montana purchase, they now own 864,000 acres of U.S. real estate.

The couple’s main residence is in Columbia, Mo.
