Arkansas Basketball Ticket Talk
With college basketball season tipping off all over the country, some of us wondered if the University of Arkansas, under second-year coach Mike Anderson, had seen an uptick in season ticket sales.
Razorback fans appear to be taking a wait-and-see approach to this year’s team. Associate athletic director for public relations Kevin Trainor said about 9,800 season tickets had been sold as of Nov. 7, two days before the regular-season opener. The UA sold about 9,900 last year, he added.
A season ticket package for all 20 games costs $450. For $125, fans can buy five-game ticket packages. The “Cardinal” package is highlighted by games against Syracuse and Missouri, while the “White” package features games against Florida and defending national champ Kentucky.
