One of Northwest Arkansas’ more well-known commercial real estate players has changed teams.

David Erstine, who has spent the last seven-plus years at Sage Partners, has joined Clinton Bennett at CBRE/NW Arkansas, an affiliate office of CBRE Inc. Bennett made the move from Grubb & Ellis-Solomon Partners to CBRE in April.

Erstine told Whispers he’s simply looking for “some new and different kinds of opportunities,” and had an amicable departure from Sage, where he worked alongside managing partners Brian Shaw and Tommy Van Zandt.
