Homeless in Fort Smith: Where There’s Hope

November is National Hunger and Homeless Awareness month, and we will join with local Fort Smith service providers Next Step Day Room and the Fort Smith Housing Authority to understand the homeless issues in the River Valley and what you can do about them.
