Construction Activity Near Paradise Valley

We recently noticed some dirt work being done between the stretch of condominiums along Joyce Boulevard and Paradise Valley Golf & Athletic Club in Fayetteville, and it made us wonder if some new condos might be in the works.
Turns out we were wrong.
Instead of condos, Riggins Construction & Development will build two private residences and a model home where the dirt work is being done. That’s according to Kevin Riggins.
We only found two permits filed with the City of Fayetteville, however, one for $602,112 and another for $595,253. The more expensive one is for a 6,860-SF home, while the other is for a 6,798-SF residence.
Riggins said the homes should be completed in about six months.
