Seth Blomeley, communications director for the Arkansas Department of Education, has left his post and a replacement search is underway.
Blomeley, former capitol bureau chief for the Arkansas Democrat-
Gazette, had served in the education position since February 28, 2011.
As director of communications for the education agency, he was paid $82,256 annually.
A search for his replacement is underway.
