Blake Hanby left Waco Title Co. last spring to open his own shop.
A little more than a year after doing so, City Title & Closing LLC is ready to expand.
Hanby and Jimmy Plumlee, co-owners of the Fayetteville company, are planning to open the business’ second location inside the World Trade Center Arkansas building in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers.
Hanby told Whispers the Rogers office should be up and running by early fall at the latest. It will be staffed with four to six employees initially, and applications are currently being accepted for several positions, he added.
The Fayetteville office is in a 2,400-SF space on East Zion Road. It has 12 employees. Hanby said the new office will “have a little more space than what we have [in Fayetteville].”
“We do a fair amount of business in Benton County, so it’ll be nice to have a presence there,” Hanby said.
