7th Annual Optimist Club/First Tee Scramble presented by Sykes Enterprises. 4-person golf scramble at Fianna Hills Country Club, Fort Smith, AR. Monday June 18, 2012. 7 am registration, 8 am tee off. $340 per team or $85 per person. We will pair you with a team if you need. Lunch will be provided. Great Prizes!!
