After school, members of the Van Buren Police Department will be at the library. They will be fingerprinting all children and providing an ID kit for the parents to keep. Also, Ruth Hyatt with the Arkansas State Library will speak at 3:30 pm on keeping children safe. This is a free program for everyone.
