The federal criminal trial of Little Rock real estate developer Roger S. “Steve” Clary has been postponed again.

Instead of commencing on May 7, its third scheduled date, it is now scheduled for Dec. 3.

U.S. District Judge Leon Holmes approved the continuance requested by federal public defender Lisa Peters because the previous date “is no longer available,” and prosecutors didn’t object.

Clary was indicted in July 2010 on charges of wire fraud and mail fraud for allegedly using proceeds of a bank loan for unauthorized expenses.
