Arkansas Education Association Endorses Legislative Candidates

The Arkansas Education Association released a partial list of legislative endorsements this week.

The AEA represents thousands of teachers across the state and their organization has been influential in both political campaigns and at the State Capitol.

Receiving the AEA endorsement can give a helpful boost to candidates in tight races.  For endorsed candidates, the AEA will often contact teachers in the respective districts and encourage AEA members to vote for the endorsed candidate.  When every vote counts, having the AEA on your side contacting voters on your behalf is a helpful tool.

I might note that the AEA has made some early picks in several heated Democratic Senate primaries as you can see below.
