Two Arkansas Manufacturers Honored By USDA At White House
The White House and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) honored 71 manufacturing businesses recently at a White House event to recognize the success of manufacturing in rural America, including two Arkansas firms.
Clair Guess of Strand Composite Engineering & Construction of Harrison, Donald J. Kerr of Bright Harvest Sweet Potato Company of Clarksville represented the state at the event.
Al Hodge of Arkansas Capital Corporation who, along with Simmons First Bank of Russellville and Community First Bank of Harrison, provided capital and support for these businesses.
