Lisa Bondurant Promoted To Shareholder At The Communications Group

Dan Cowling, president of The Communications Group, a Little Rock-based marketing, public relations and advertising firm, has announced that Lisa Bondurant, MA, APR has been designated a shareholder in the firm.

She joins the ownership team of Dan Cowling, Neal Moore and Dane Cowling as the first female and new member of the agency’s ownership and executive management team since its founding in 1987. In addition, she has been named executive vice president, director of public relations and client services.

Since joining the firm in 1997, Bondurant has built an award-winning public relations department. During her tenure as the agency’s public relations director, she has worked with many of the region’s leading companies and organizations, including the Arkansas Department of Health, Arkansas Department of Human Services, Eli Lilly and Co., Texas Gas, Boardwalk Pipelines, Arkansas Soybean Promotion Board, Walmart, Clean Line Energy and the Delta Regional Authority.

Bondurant previously worked in public relations and marketing at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Columbia Doctors Hospital and the American Cancer Society. She has a master’s degree in communication and is “APR” accredited by the Public Relations Society of America.
