Clean & Green: More Than Meets The Eye At Witt Stephens, Jr. Nature Center
More than 250,000 visitors have passed through the doors of the Witt Stephens, Jr. Nature Center in downtown Little Rock’s River Market since it opened three years ago.
Exhibits throughout the complex are designed to teach visitors about the natural divisions of Arkansas from the Ozarks to the Delta, as well as the wildlife that inhabits Arkansas’ woods, waterways and skies.
One of the primary missions of the center is to provide hunting and boating education.
Nature center officials say that if you’re in Little Rock and looking for something to do with young kids during Spring Break, their doors will be open.
