Arvest Bank Announces Spate Of New Hires, Promotions

Arvest Bank announced a number of new hires and promotions at its operations in northwest Arkansas and the River Valley.

Kurt Brungardt, Lindsay Reeves and Joy Hapeman have been promoted to vice president and Ashley Allen was named assistant vice president.

Brungardt will assume the role of vice president and mortgage loan officer. He has been with Arvest Bank for 14 years and previously served as a mortgage underwriter.

Reeves was promoted to vice president and private banking officer. She has worked for Arvest Bank since 2007.

Hapeman will become vice president and consumer loan supervisor. She has worked at Arvest for seven years and previously served as a consumer loan officer.

Arvest Bank also announced Jason England joined Arvest Benton County as the new commercial banking manager and senior vice president in Bentonville.

England has worked as the senior vice president and area loan manager for Arvest Bank in Fayetteville since 2004. He joined Arvest Bank in 1998 and has worked as a regional financial manager and a commercial lender.

England graduated with a bachelor’s degree in administrative management from the University of Arkansas in 1996.

Steve Griffin has been promoted to executive vice president for Arvest Bank’s Fort Smith-River Valley operations. He previously worked as the loan manager for the Arvest Bank area.

Griffin is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Advanced Commercial Real Estate Lending at Bank Administration Institute, Leadership Fort Smith at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, Mid-South School of Banking, and National Commercial Lending School at Southern Methodist University.

Josh Crowe has been named the branch manager for the Rye Hill branch in Fort Smith. Crowe previously served as assistant manager at the same location. He has been with Arvest for over three years and has completed the Assistant Manager Training Program and is a graduate of Leadership Arvest.

Lindsey Dunn has been named the assistant manager for the Zero Street Supercenter branch in Fort Smith. Lindsey previously served as the senior financial service representative at the Alma location. She has been with Arvest for more than five years and is a graduate of the Assistant Manager Training Program.
