Iowa Woman Arrested For Trying To Blackmail The Duggars

An odd bit of news today out of Iowa. Apparently, a lady named Teresa Hunt was arrested after she attempted to blackmail the company that produces the Duggar’s TLC show, “19 Kids and Counting.”
The photos were snapshots of Amy Duggar, who is a cousin to the Duggar family and sometimes appears on the show as “Cousin Amy.” Although Hunt claims the photos show Duggar in a compromising situation with an older musician, the website Radar Online says the pictures were “merely harmless snaps rather than incriminating, damning photos.” Hunt approached Radar Online about purchasing the pictures before the blackmail story was known and was turned down.
“Thank you for all the support I am receiving lately regarding the ‘scandal,'” tweeted Duggar today. “God Bless you all!! #justicewillbeserved #extortionisacrime”
It is not clear yet whether the Iowa woman took the photos during the Iowa Caucus. The Duggar family traveled to Iowa to campaign for Rick Santorum. Amy Duggar has posted a message in support of Santorum, but did not travel to Iowa with the Duggar family.
