UAFS Center for Lifelong Learning – Taste of Vietnam

Students can either meet at the UAFS Center for Lifelong Learning or at the venue. Explore the richness and diversity that is the country of Vietnam. Explore thousands of years wrapped up in distinctive images, a turbulent past, and now a fresh young, new destination. Learn some of the culture, and taste the culinary magic of ancient foods right here in Fort Smith as we take a tour to the east. Join us for lunch at one of Fort Smith’s many Vietnamese restaurants, Pho Hoang, and learn a little about Vietnam from Mai “Heather” Cox, instructor at the Fort Smith Adult Education Center.
