The recent sale of about 1.9 acres at the Elm Springs Road exit along Interstate 540 will result in Northwest Arkansas’ newest McDonald’s restaurant.
The seller in the $780,000-plus deal was Elm Springs Property LLC, led by Tom Muccio. The buyer was a group led by Bill and Walter Mathews. The brothers own Mathews Management Co., which owns and operates more than 30 McDonald’s across Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Whitley Dunn and Ted Viala, both of Lindsey & Associates, represented the buyer and seller, respectively.
