Houston-based Mattress Firm has reached a leasing agreement to move into the former Circuit City building on Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville.

The company has more than 700 locations in 23 states, but just one — in Little Rock — in Arkansas.

An investment group from Georgia, you will recall, bought the vacant retail building in July. It contains 20,716 SF on 2.35 acres. Circuit City closed its stores nationwide in 2009.

The leasing terms were not disclosed.

Clinton Bennett of Grubb & Ellis-Solomon Partners represented the landlord and Alan Cole of Colliers International repped the tenant.
