Frank Scott Joins First Security Bank
Frank D. Scott Jr. of Little Rock has joined First Security Bank in Little Rock as a business development officer.
Since 2007, Scott had served the Office of Gov. Mike Beebe, most recently as director of intergovernmental affairs. In this position, he served as official liaison between the Governor’s Office and The White House, members of Congress and their staffs, federal agencies, and governors’ associations.
“Frank Scott’s wide range of experience in the Governor’s Office and his extensive skills in strategic management and communication will be of great service to our customers and employees,” said John Rutledge, president and CEO of First Security Bank in Little Rock.
Scott holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in strategic management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Memphis.
His community leadership includes service to the UALR Alumni Association Board of Directors and College of Business Management Advisory Council, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas Board of Directors, Better Community Developers Inc. Board of Directors, and Little Rock Port Authority Board of Directors.
