Susan Slinkard Named To Investment Post at University of Arkansas

Susan Slinkard of Prairie Grove has been appointed the investment manager in the treasurer’s office of the University of Arkansas.
Slinkard replaces Allen Lacey, who will retire after 31 years of service at the university.
Slinkard is an alumna of the UofA and started her new role on Nov. 14. She has worked previously as a credit analyst for the Bank of Fayetteville and as an assistant vice-president and commercial relationship manager for Metropolitan National Bank. Slinkard has served as an assistant vice-president for BancorpSouth in northwest Arkansas.
She holds two degrees from the UofA, including a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a MBA from the Walton College of Business.
