McReynolds, Green join First Bank Corp. Board

Judy McReynolds, president/CEO of Fort Smith-based Arkansas Best Corp., and Jason Green, vice president-human resources for Baldor Electric Co., have been named to the  Board of Directors of First Bank Corp.

First Bank Corp. is the parent company of First National Bank of Fort Smith, Citizens Bank & Trust in Van Buren, National Bank of Sallisaw and Brown-Hiller-Clark & Associates.

McReynolds has served with Arkansas Best Corp. since 1997 and as president and CEO since January 2010. A wife and mother of two teenaged sons, McReynolds is an active volunteer in the Fort Smith community. She and her husband, Lance, are parent volunteers for the Fort Smith Southside High School Band.

She sits on the Board of the Westark Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Sparks Health System Board of Trustees, University of Arkansas Fort Smith Foundation Board, and Sam M. Walton College of Business at University of Arkansas Dean’s Executive Advisory Board, and Arkansas Business Hall of Fame Board and Selection Committee. In addition, she was recently elected to the Board of Directors of Oklahoma City-based OGE Energy Corp.

Green began his career with Baldor in January 2007. He is responsible for all aspects of
human resources at Baldor, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, diversity, training and development.

He is a member of the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Westark Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors and the Sparks Health System Board of Trustees. He is a native of Fort Smith and he and his wife, Kim, have four children.
