Project Compassion Key Person Workshop and Caregiver Education Meeting

Project Compassion will host a Key Person Workshop to educate our "Key Volunteers" in 24 area nursing homes. The event will take place at the St. Scholastica Retreat Center located on 1205 S. Albert Pike in Fort Smith. An educational and informational forum will start at 10:00am with facility administrators sharing information about how volunteers can help elders in area long term care facilites. Sally Johnson from the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care will make a presentation open to area caregivers at 11:00am. Please make plans to attend this important event by phoning the Project Compassion office at 479-783-2273. This is a GREAT opportunity to find out how you can help elders in the area!
