Green Valley?s Top Executive Retires; Interim Head Named

Green Valley Development announced the last week of August that Steve Rust, president and CEO, planned to retire Sept. 1.
Rust and CaseStack president and CEO Dan Sanker developed the Green Valley marketing concept designed to recruit companies with a focus on sustainability. Rust had held his posts since 2008.
Karen Byers, who has been working with Green Valley for more than 18 months, will serve as the interim CEO.
