Siloam Springs Tractor Supply Co. Facility Changes
A commercial project in Siloam Springs changed hands in a $2.69 million deal.
According to a special warranty deed, Tractor Supply Co., with headquarters in Brentwood, Tenn., acquired the Tractor Supply Co. facility at 3480 U.S. Highway 412 East, just south of Lowe’s Home Improvement.
The 1,900-SF store opened in February 2010. Primax Construction Inc. of Pinehurst, N.C., was the contractor for the construction project. Tractor Supply is a national retailer of farm and ranch supplies.
The seller was Sea Mountain Ventures LLC of Charlotte, N.C., led by William Seymour.
Sea Mountain acquired the 3.57-acre property in April 2009 for $602,000. The seller was Cale Properties LLLP.
Beaver Lake Abode
A three-bedroom, lakefront home in Garfield came off the market after a $797,000 sale.
David and Tamara Douglass, through their Tamara L. Douglass Intervivos Trust Agreement of Scottsdale, Arizona, bought the Beaver Lake home on Pine Log Road from Bill and Patricia Gardner.
The 4,250-SF home on 1.84 acres was built in 1999. PCI Advance Title LLC of Rogers closed the sale.
Historic Home
A renovated home in the County Court Addition near downtown Fayetteville has a new owner after a $615,000 sale.
William and Kimberly Rowell paid cash for the home on West Lafayette Street. The seller was Mark Zweig Inc. in Fayetteville, led by principal designer and owner Mark Zweig.
The 2,659-SF, two-story home has three bedrooms, was built in approximately 1905 and recently renovated.
Amenities include heated bathroom floors, 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, cedar shingle and rock exterior.
Subcontractors during renovation included Stronghold Masonry LLC of Fayetteville, Bodan Electric Inc. of West Fork, The Wood Floor Gallery Inc. of Springdale, Friendly Plumbing of Fayetteville and Backus Concrete of Fayetteville.
Zweig acquired the property from Daniel R. Kerlin in June 2010 for $143,000.
Shadow Valley Sale
A four-bedroom home in Phase VII of the Shadow Valley subdivision in southwest Rogers rang up a $650,000 sale.
David and Michele Chojnowski bought the Altamonte Drive home from Peter and Angela Klauck.
Financing was provided by Sirva Mortgage Inc. of Independence, Ohio.
The 3,609-SF home on 0.63 acres was built in 2008.
The Klaucks bought the property from the C.R. Reaves Family Limited Partnership, led by Shadow Valley developer Charles Reaves, in June 2008 for $115,000.
