JBU Announces Completion Record-Breaking Campaign
John Brown University announced Aug. 16 it has completed its Keeping Faith Campaign one year ahead of schedule and $18 million over the original goal of $100 million.
The campaign, launched in 2005, was increased to $110 million last year. Its final total is more than $118 million. It originally was set to end in 2012.
Of the more than $118 million, $42.5 million was provided for buildings, $43.4 million for scholarships and $32.3 million for program endowment, operational support and other projects.
In its fiscal year that ended in July, JBU enjoyed the highest level of giving – $29.5 million – in its 92-year history. The previous record was $25.9 million, set in 2010.
