Sweet Sell on Sagely
Worried about selling your house in a tough economy? Get a high-ranking job working for Nestlé USA Inc. and go where you’re told to go. That should alleviate most moving concerns.
Nestlé, in what appears to be a valuable perk of its relocation policy, paid $920,000 in June for a 5,336-SF home on East Sagely Lane in northeast Fayetteville.
The five-bedroom, one-story home was built in 1988 and remodeled in 2003. It sits on 3.25 acres.
The property also includes a swimming pool and 708-SF, brick exterior pool house and changing room.
The Higgins Trust, led by co-trustees Frank Higgins III and Brenda B. Higgins, previously owned the home.
Higgins is a Nestle executive and after a two-year stint as president of the Nestlé Walmart Team in Rogers, he is now president and CEO of Nestlé Prepared Foods & Baking, headquartered in the Cleveland suburb of Solon, Ohio.
Vince Robinson, formerly group sales director for Nestlé United Kingdom (UK) & Ireland, was promoted to replace Higgins. If he’s in the market for a house, we bet Robinson can get a pretty sweet deal on East Sagely Lane.
