Pilates focuses on maintaining strength and stability from your “core” postural muscles, including lower back and abdominals. Improve your strength and flexibility from the inside out. Mats provided. Students should wear comfortable clothing. All levels of fitness welcome. Fee: $49. Venue: UAFS – Studio Room (Old Gym)
