HR Course Offers Tips For Conflict Resolution

Arthur T. Mathews, a visiting professor at the Walton College of Business, will lead the workshop.
A workshop for human resource professionals is scheduled for July 19, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Sam M. Walton College of Business on the University of Arkansas campus.
The workshop – Conflict Uncorked: Mediation, Dispute Resolution, Employee Relations and the Impact of Laws and Legislation on the Successful Resolution of Conflict in Organizations – will focus on strategies and best practices for resolving disputes within organizations.
Arthur T. Mathews, a visiting professor at Walton College, will lead the workshop.
The Human Resource Certification Institute approved the course for 2.75 hours of general credit toward recertification.
