Harrison French & Associates plans to build a three-story, 22,930-SF mixed-use/office building next to the architectural firm’s current office building in downtown Bentonville.
City planners approved a large-scale development plan July 5 for a building at 901 S.W. A St. The structure’s design will be similar to the existing building at 809 S.W. A St., with 56 onsite and 28 off-site parking spaces.
Harrison French said his firm will occupy most of the new building, but will lease some space.
