Fayetteville Real Estate Firm Earns Company?s Top Award in Arkansas

Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette earned a top company award in Arkansas, it was announced recently.

The Fayetteville-based real estate firm was the state’s top performer in 2010 in terms of closed adjusted gross commission income among the 19 companies in the Coldwell Banker system.

The dollar figure was not disclosed, although the firm did finish 2010 with a total sales volume of $337 million.

“We are honored to recognize Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette as Arkansas’ number one company,” Frank Lindsey, regional director for the southern region of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., said in a news release. “Harris McHaney & Faucette demonstrates exceptional service to its customers, in turn contributing to the betterment of Arkansas as a whole.”

Harris McHaney & Faucette employed 185 agents in 2010 and nearly half of them, 91, were million-dollar producers.

George Faucette and Pat Harris own the company, formed in February 2010 with the merger of Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate of Fayetteville and Harris McHaney Realtors of Rogers.
