Arvest Tops in ‘Power’ Rankings

Fayetteville-chartered Arvest Bank has earned the highest customer satisfaction rating in its region, according a study released recently by J.D. Power and Associates.

Arvest scored 809 on the 1,000-point scale and was followed by Zions First National Bank (782) and Bank of Oklahoma (779) in the Southwest region. There are 11 total regions, and only four banks nationwide scored higher than Arvest.

The study is based on responses from more than 50,000 retail banking customers regarding their experiences with their banking provider. It was conducted in January and February.
