Area Agency on Aging of Western Arkansas, Inc. is offering flu vaccinations for any individual ages 4 years old and up.
The cost of the vaccination is $13.00 or if you have a payer source, the agency will file on the payer source. A copy of your payer source, insurance card, Medicare card, etc. will be requested.
Offices are located in 6 Counties. Please call 1-800-737-1827 for Information and Assistance to locate the office nearest to you. Hours of operation is 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
No appointment is necessary.
