Each year since leaving her job with a Walmart supplier in 2007 for a real estate career, Heather Campbell has ranked among the top 15 agents in Northwest Arkansas.

She represents five builders, and considers her partnership with them her biggest accomplishment.

“I really focus on marketing subdivisions and lifestyles, versus trying to sell a particular home,” Campbell said.

Originally from Houston, Campbell attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Her parents moved to Northwest Arkansas while she was in college, and she followed them in 1993.

Campbell’s also been a volleyball coach for 21 years, including a stint at Bentonville High School. These days, she’s busy with Ozark Junior Volleyball, of which the second of her three daughters is a member.

She also plays on women’s and co-ed volleyball teams.

Campbell has volunteered with Cancer Challenge for more than seven years, and in her rare free time, this avid Razorback fan enjoys fishing, golfing and waterskiing.

Her career goal for the next few years is “to continue to represent quality builders and bring a consistency to real estate, which is a difficult thing to do,” Campbell said.

“We’re so dependent on market forces, but at the end of the day, people have to have a place to live.”
