Jacimore named Arvest sales manager in Fort Smith area

Arvest Bank announced Friday (Jan. 28) the promotion of Mike Jacimore to sales manager of Arvest’s Fort Smith region. He replaces Rodney Shepard who will be moving to the Arvest Springfield location as their President.

Jacimore most recently served as community president of the River Valley Arvest locations, which included Russellville, Clarksville and Paris.

These locations will remain part of his territory with the move. Jacimore has more than 19 years of banking experience. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration majoring in finance.

Jacimore has been involved in the Russellville and surrounding area communities and currently serves as the secretary for Friendship Services, member of the Business Advisory Board at Arkansas Tech University, past board member for the Russellville Chamber of Commerce, past chairman and current member of the Red Coat Committee.

Jacimore is married with three children.

Arvest Bank operates more than 230 bank branches in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas through a network of 16 locally managed banks, each with its own board of directors and management. These banks operate in 90 communities with 12-hour weekday banking at most locations. Arvest operates a mortgage company, asset management company, insurance division and mortgage servicing company.
