We’ve got just the place for you.
Just the other day, while searching for something we can’t now even recall, we came across a LoopNet page describing Fayetteville’s Clarion Inn and listing its price at a cool $5 million.
Last time we checked, while compiling the list of the area’s largest hotels back in July, the Clarion was owned by Hobbs & Curry FLP. It ranked 11th in terms of 2009 revenue, bringing in about $2.02 million, including food and beverage sales.
The broker listed on the LoopNet page is David Elrod of Little Rock.
