Jim Lindsey’s Fireblaze VIII Buys Stone Mountain

Jim Lindsey, through his Fireblaze VIII LLC, paid The Bank of Fayetteville $2.15 million for 43 lots in two Fayetteville subdivisions.

Three lots are in the Abshier Heights subdivision and 40 lots are in the Stone Mountain subdivision.

The sale was recorded on Dec. 1.

BOF foreclosed on much of the property in August 2009. Stone Mountain Development Inc. had previously had possession of the Stone Mountain lots.

Christopher May, William and Faune Conner were officers for Stone Mountain Development.

 

Flintco Starts

Public Building

Flintco Inc. of Springdale recently purchased a building permit valued at $1.21 million for the construction of a new Parks and Recreation building for the City of Bentonville.

The single-story 8,378-SF building will be located at 215 SW A Street.

Flintco is the general contractor. H Design Group of Springfield, Mo. is the architect.

Sand Creek Engineering of Bentonville is the civil engineer on the project.

APE&C of Gentry is the electrical subcontractor. 

Plans include six offices, two conference rooms and wide-open spaces that include areas for bike rentals.

Dirt work has begun and it is slated for a mid-July completion.

 

Esima Invests

In Six Homes

Jeff Esima of Rogers recently purchased six single-family homes in Fayetteville’s Skyler Place addition.

Esima paid Arvest Mortgage Co. $435,000 for homes at 1658 and 1660 N. Willowbrook Drive; and 1681, 1679, 1669, and 1667 N. Evening Shade Drive.

The addition is south of Deane Street, near the Porter Road and Interstate 540 intersection.

All the homes were built in 2004 and are 1,216-SF.

John M. Horne had previously owned the homes. Arvest foreclosed on the properties in November 2009.
