Speaking of high-profile public company figures, Reuters recently reported that police arrested Walgreen Co.’s chief financial officer Wade Miquelon on suspicion of drunk driving.

Readers may remember that Miquelon was the CFO of Springdale’s Tyson Foods Inc. but left there in June 2008 to go to Walgreens.

Miquelon became Tyson’s CFO in April 2006 after leaving a position with The Proctor & Gamble Co.

Miquelon earned an annual salary of $605,000 and was given a $250,000 sign-on bonus and 77,335 class A common shares of Tyson stock when he joined the company.

It was Miquelon’s second arrest for suspected driving under the influence in roughly a year, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

According to Reuters: Police arrested Miquelon at 10:03 p.m. on Sept. 25 in Kenilworth, Ill., on suspicion of driving under the influence and he declined to take a Breathalyzer test.
